Cash App proudly presents “Joyride” by Alehsy Lambo, the latest in our series of collaborating with visionary artists. Joyride is a vibrant contribution to Art Basel. Bold, brash, colorful and disruptive. These mobile art installations distribute free bitcoin, symbolizing both an urban-inspired disruption of the visual landscape and a challenge to the traditional financial system.
Talent like Tiger Hood, New York Nico, and Cass Holland were present to engage with street golf participants, drive the creatively reimagined golf carts, play golf with Art Basel attendees, create organic content, and give away free bitcoin to passersby.
Additionally, Cash App served as the presenting sponsor of StockX’s golf tournament, with top-tier talents JR Smith and Chantel Jeffries participating on our branded golf team. Our earned media resulted in over 70 million impressions, and our TikTok featuring our celebrity golfers was the top-performing post of 2022. Cash App invited the Basel audience to enjoy a few rounds of golf (and stack a few sats).
